This is sent to a customer after their round of golf (this will exclude members and set to only deliver 1 thank you in a 30-day period). The contents of this email will contain a thank message and review request on social platforms Facebook & Google.
TEE TIME REMINDER • Email Automated Journey
This is sent to a customer 48 hours before their next scheduled round. The contents of this email will contain a short message with their tee time date included. Dress Code, Cancellation policies, etc. may also be added upon request.
DEFECTOR • Email Automated Journey
This is sent to a customer who has not played in the past 30 days to invite them back to play. If no tee time is booked, it will send again at 45 days, at which time we can include an offer (i.e. $5 off coupon). The contents of this email will contain a short message inviting them to come back and play, with a short message and linkable button to book their next tee time.
